Shipping
TipTone Audio Devices, LLC ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. TipTone Audio Devices, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns
TipTone Audio Devices, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from tiptoneaudio.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@tiptoneaudio.com within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns sent without a valid RMA form will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be in new or like-new condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
- The RMA form must be included inside the shipping box
Products that show signs of wear, abuse, unauthorized modification, or that are missing accessories may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. TipTone Audio Devices, LLC reserves the right to deny a return in cases of excessive wear or damage.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. TipTone Audio Devices, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
The returned product must arrive at our facility within 10 business days of RMA issuance. Returns received after this window may be denied.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- “B-stock,” “scratch and dent,” or “as-is” items sold at a discount
- Products purchased from an authorized third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly)
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Warranty
TipTone Audio Devices, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If a covered defect is discovered during the Warranty Period, TipTone will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the original purchaser. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the device documentation
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of TipTone Audio Devices, LLC
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic
- Loss or theft of the product
- Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning, or other external causes
Limits of Liability
In the event of product malfunction, the purchaser’s exclusive remedy is repair or replacement as set forth above. TipTone Audio Devices, LLC shall not be liable to any party for damages arising from product failure, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, or incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Under no circumstances shall TipTone’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. All other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed. By using this product, you agree to and accept all terms stated herein.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact TipTone Audio Devices, LLC at support@tiptoneaudio.com to receive an RMA form and return instructions. Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) may be required. Do not ship any product without first obtaining an RMA form.
Privacy
Policy
TipTone Audio Devices, LLC will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information, including email addresses and telephone numbers, to any third party. Customer contact information is retained solely for order fulfillment and direct communication purposes. We do not conduct telephone marketing and will not provide your name or phone number to any party that does. Customers who have made a purchase or subscribed to our mailing list may occasionally receive emails featuring product news and promotional offers. To unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, simply click the “unsubscribe” link included in any of our emails.
